Greater Women Initiative for Health And Rights (GWIHR) is a leading sex worker-led community-based organization born out of passion and a strong desire to assist in the development of sex workers through building up their capacity towards meaningful contribution to communal empowerment, awareness to prevent these groups from contracting HIV/AIDs and other life threaten diseases, contribute in reducing of the rate of stigma and discrimination of sex workers living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and further fight against all forms of violation towards sex workers in Nigeria.

PROGRAM MANAGER
Job Description
- Coordinating and provision of technical assistant for HIV/AID prevention, care and support programs for Female Sex Workers (FSW) including voluntary counselling, psycho-social care, home based care, referral system, spiritual care, community mobilisation and leadership development.
- Organises and ensures the success stories of outreaches/seminars towards the key/target population on the prevailing issues, causes and prevention strategies of HIV/AID
- Provide direct oversight/supervision to counsellor testers and ensures their adherence to implementation guidelines in their various assigned LGAs of operation.
- Ensure regular update of the organizations’ database with activities.
- Ready to carry out other job functions as may be directed by the executive director.
Qualifications
i. Basic Requirements
- Applicant must be a female and not more than 25years
- She must have a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Social Sciences such as Social Works and Community Development. A post graduate qualification in Public health or other related discipline will be an added advantage.
- She must have completed the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps.
- She must have an advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft packages (word, excel and PowerPoints).
- She must have attended and completed professional courses on one of the followings [Human Resource Management, Disease Risk Management, Health, Safety and Environment (1, 2 and 3), and Project Management].
- She must have good knowledge of statistical data analysis and presentation
- Finally, She must have worked under any Health and Right key population especially with sex workers led NGOs in the past years.
ii. Other Requirements
Applicants should possess the following skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Language.
- Leadership and teamwork spirit.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight schedules under minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule to meet required targets within specified deadlines.
- Excellent in time management
Work Experience
- She must have a minimum of at least three (3) years' work experience in Key population HIV prevention and treatment programs.

SENIOR MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
Job Description
- Collecting, sorting, analysing and reporting data emerging from on-going project or research study.
- Support program impacts sharing internally and externally, as required. In addition, emphasis will be placed on identifying challenges and lessons learnt and the provision of thorough analytical reports as required by their respective deliverable schedules.
- Designing and develop M&E Log frames during programming portfolio and outline M&E best practices.
- Maintaining electronic versions of M&E related data, including reports, photographs and other relevant documentation.
- Writing M&E monthly reports showing program milestone, achievements or lapses using appropriate indicators represented in graphs and charts.
- Ready to carry out other job functions as may be directed by the executive director.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics.
- Must be a female and not more than 25 years.
- At least 4 years of experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating project in a required non-profit organization is required.
- She must be 100% key population and community friendly especially for sex workers.
- She must have completed the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps.
- She must have an advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft packages (word, excel and Power Points).
- Demonstrated ability to train and build the capacity of others, including partner organization on the essence of data for decision.
- Should be able to design and implement surveys, have knowledge of commonly used probability and purposive sampling techniques.
- Should have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data collection, reporting techniques. She should understand and be able to apply basic measures of central tendency and spread.
- Understands Program indicators as well as strategies use in measuring project results and achievements.
