Greater Women Initiative for Health and Rights (GWIHR) is a Sex worker-led organization with resolved to intervene for the Rights and Health needs of sex workers.

GWIHR as an organisation value multiplicity and participation, especially of sex workers living with HIV/AIDS in our supremacy as well as programs; and we accept as true in the strength of mind of volunteerism to be innermost to achieve our directive and advance our foundation and to strengthen the voice of sex workers.

Today, GWIHR focuses on providing support to sex workers who are survivors of sexual violence, especially those with children and living with HIV. Through various programs and initiatives, GWIHR aims to empower these individuals by offering counseling and resources to help them rebuild their lives and regain their independence. By addressing the unique challenges faced by this specific group.

GWIHR as an organisation has made a significant positive impact on their well-being and overall well being of the sex workers community.
