On 29th April 2022, GWIHR Launched our Fore Fronting Our Agenda: Speak Out Loud (FOFA-SOL) project funded by the French Embassy Nigeria to strengthen institutional accountability of the law enforcement agencies on the importance of developing an effective, accountable, and transparent institution that promotes access to justice for sex workers to reduce gender-based violence against sex workers in Abia State.
Also, the project will build the capacity of 22 sex workers on income-generating skills to give sex workers economic power to make informed choices about their lives and working conditions. We appreciate all the stakeholders and community members that were present during this lunch .
