The theme for International Adolescent Health Week 2023 (IAHW) is COUNTDOWN. With and for Adolescents: Building a Healthier and More Inclusive Future. GWIHR is a sex workers’ organization whose goal is to reduce mortality among sex workers as a result of sexual reproductive health-related infections, gender-based violence, and poverty.
GWIHR in collaboration with the National Human Rights Commission, Abia State sensitizes the public on sex workers’ rights and the psychological implications of stigma and discrimination against sex workers.

infodemic about sex workers, especially as it concerns their choice of language when reporting
